1-Product Description:

SC200/200 2ton Passenger and Material Construction Elevator is provided with reliable safety interlock devices, safety switch, breakage protection switch, upper and lower limits and limit switches etc. Progressive dropping safety device and safety protection hook are provided. The safety design and configuration fully comply with national standards.
Adopting advanced technology both at home and abroad, SC series construction elevator is novel in design, reasonable in structure, simple in operation, convenient in assembly and disassembly, safe and reliable in working. 

The construction hoist incorporates famous brand electric components and main parts in transmission mechanism. The steel structure is made of high-quality steel materials and welded with CO2 gas shield welding. Surface paint is made with imported raw materials in brilliant, long lasting colors.

SC200/200 Construction Elevator is mainly suitable for bridge, chimney, building and other high-rise building builders and cargo transportation, and can also be used in warehouses, wharfs and other places where vertical transportation needs to be used.

3.Product advantage:

1)Tavol has the sole CNC cutting, stamping, and automatic robot welding line for standard section production in China. The main limb of the standard section adopts φ76×6 Q345B high frequency welding steel pipes, featuring high strength, good wear resistance, high straightness. The horizontal brace of the standard section adopts Q345B steel plate stamping and bending technology, which enables higher bearing capacity and straightness of the rack, higher product performance and longer service life.

2)The standard section adopts shot blasting or optional hot galvanizing technology. The joint part of the hot galvanized standard section is machined after the galvanizing process, which ensures high precision, good corrosion resistance, economy and durability. All the other parts adopt acid pickling and phosphating treatment.

3)The major electrical apparatus all use Schneider products which features good reliability and accuracy in repeated positioning.

4) The drive plate and bottom plate of safety device are holistically processed with CNC lathe, featuring good bore position and high precision.

5) The hoisting cage adopts holistic machining after welding, which ensures high precision. The major stress parts adopt Q345B cold bent steel which features high strength and more beautiful appearance.

6) The automatic oiling device ensures good lubrication of the gear and rack for longer service life, low vibration and low noise. The small parts like cable drum, cab, and guard bars all adopts galvanizing treatment for good anti-corrosion. The adjustable hoisting boom makes the installation more convenient.

7)The gears, backgears and idler wheels are all made of 20CrMnTi materials, featuring good wear resistance. The gear surface processing, flatness and precision are all improved. The service life of gears is improved by 30%-50%, which reduces repair, noise and vibration.
