Wenhe River rides horses to express ambitions, Tavol works together to write a new chapter-2025 Tavol Mid-Year Ceremony

The July sun shines all over the earth, and Tavol Group ushered in the 2025 mid-year team building activities. This time, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and come to the picturesque Wenhe Equestrian Club to start a passionate and joyful team journey. Here, we not only experience the heroic posture of horse riding, the speed and passion of beach motorcycles, but also feel the cohesion and sense of belonging of the Tavol family in the warm atmosphere of the bonfire party.

The first stop of the team building was Wenhe Equestrian Club. Equestrianism is not only an elegant sport, but also tests the courage and balance of the rider. Under the guidance of professional coaches, Tavol's friends got on the horse and experienced the feeling of "knight". Some people were a little nervous when they rode horses for the first time, but with the encouragement of their colleagues, they quickly found the rhythm; some people were familiar with it, riding horses and galloping, attracting cheers. Whether they were novices or veterans, everyone showed the spirit of Tavol people who were not afraid of challenges and forged ahead on horseback.

If riding a horse is a combination of elegance and strength, then beach motorcycles are pure speed and passion! With the roar of the engine and the flying dust, Tavol's friends drove beach motorcycles in groups and galloped on the track. Some teams cooperated well and led the way; others had frequent "problems" and constant jokes, but regardless of winning or losing, everyone was immersed in a joyful atmosphere. This speed contest not only released pressure, but also made the tacit understanding between team members soar!

After a day of wonderful activities, everyone gathered together for a simple and warm award ceremony. The company issued honorary certificates to outstanding teams and individuals to commend their outstanding contributions in their work. Afterwards, all members took a group photo.  In front of the camera, everyone's smile was particularly bright. This is not only a photo, but also a testimony to the cohesion and happiness of the Tavol team. In the evening, the sumptuous dinner officially began. The chairman personally held a "lamb opening ceremony" for everyone, symbolizing the prosperity and unity of Tavol Group. The delicious roasted whole lamb and rich dishes allowed everyone to enjoy the food and chat about work and life in laughter.

During the meal, colleagues raised their glasses and shared their gains and insights in the past six months. At this moment, we are not only colleagues fighting side by side, but also partners supporting each other.

As night fell, the bonfire was burning, and the team building activity ushered in the warmest link. Everyone sat around the bonfire, some singing, some dancing, and some sharing stories. The atmosphere was warm and harmonious. Under the light of the fire, everyone's face was filled with happy smiles. At this moment, we not only felt the warmth of the team, but also strengthened our belief in working together. The 2025 mid-year team building ended successfully with laughter. On this day, we not only relaxed our body and mind, but also enhanced our trust and tacit understanding with each other in the event. Tavol Group has always advocated the concept of "happy work, happy life", and this team building is the perfect embodiment of this concept.
