1)First level maintenance:ao
It is a regular maintenance work, which is under the responsibility of crane operators, mainly including inspection, lubrication, fastening and adjustment of wire ropes, drums, pulleys, bearings, couplings, reducers, brakes, etc.

Whether the brake shoe of each mechanism's brake is close to the brake wheel, how is the wear of the brake shoe lining and the brake wheel, whether the opening plate is complete, whether the magnet meets the requirements, and whether the rod is stuck.
Whether the connecting bolts of the rotating parts of each mechanism and the fixing bolts of each component are fastened.
Whether the wiring of various electrical equipment is normal, and whether the contact between the conductive slider and the sliding wire is good.
The crane checks whether the action of the end limit switch is flexible and normal, the movement of the safety protection switch is flexible, and the work is normal.
Whether the crane's various parts rotate normally, and whether there is any abnormal noise.
And clean the equipment 15 minutes before work to maintain a good sanitary environment.
2) Weekly inspection
Several operators who operate the crane jointly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the crane every weekend.
The weekly inspection includes:
Contactor, controller contact and corrosion.
Wear of brake pads.
The connection of the key on the interlock and the tightening of the screw.
Wear of the wire rope for more than half a year.
Double brake lifting mechanism, each brake brakes the size of the inverter.
Whether each electrical limit switch is sensitive and reliable.
3) Monthly inspection
Crane operators and maintenance personnel (electricity, fitter) inspect the crane together. In addition to the weekly inspection, the monthly inspection also includes the following:
The tightening of the base screws of the motor, reducer, bearing support, angular bearing box and the wear of the motor brush.
The tightening of the wire rope pressure plate screw, the wear and lubrication of the wire rope for more than 3 months.
Wear of the wire insulation at the nozzle.
Lubrication of each limit switch shaft.
The amount of lubricant in the reducer.
Wear of the rope at the balance wheel.

4) Semi-annual inspection

5) Annual inspection
It can be combined with the secondary maintenance of the crane. (二)Precautions for use of cantilever crane
The use of cantilever cranes should follow the following rules:
1.The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the cantilever crane. After passing the training and assessment, he can operate the crane independently, and should comply with the safety regulations.
2. Every time you use it, check whether the transmission mechanism is normal, and the safety switches are sensitive and reliable.
3. There should be no abnormal vibration and noise when the cantilever crane is running.
4. Cancel the use of cantilever cranes beyond the norm, and must abide by the "No Ten Cranes" regulations in crane safety management regulations.
5. When the cantilever or hoist runs to the end point, reduce the speed and cancel the use of the end point limit as a parking tool.
6. Problems that electric equipment should pay attention to during operation of cantilever crane:
a. Whether the motor is overloaded, abnormal vibration and noise;
b. Whether there is abnormal noise in the starter of the control box;
c. Whether the lead wire is loose and rubbing;
d. If a fault occurs, such as overheating of the motor, abnormal noise, smoke from the line and distribution box, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately and the power should be cut off for maintenance.
The operator must strictly abide by the safety technical operation regulations. The crane must be operated by itself to fully understand its performance, structure, working principle and operation method. It must also be checked frequently, maintained in time, and the problem will be solved immediately if it is found. Problems should be reported to the maintenance department immediately.
