Red against a wide sky, wood chips underfoot, and visitors walking straight up to the cab: that was the Tavol display at a garden and landscaping machinery exhibition in Argentina this October.
Two TAVOL tractors stood on the field. The first, a TAVOL 504, was paired with a rotary grass cutter on the three-point linkage; the second stood with a farm trailer. It is the combination much of this market actually works with - a compact tractor narrow enough for orchard rows and vineyard posts, and a cutter that keeps pasture, verges and green space in order.

Garden and landscaping work is unforgiving on equipment: short runs, tight turns, long hours in dust. What buyers ask about first is rarely horsepower. It is whether the machine can be repaired locally, whether parts arrive, and who answers the phone in year three.

Tavol's answer is the same in Argentina as it is in the 120-plus markets we serve. A 22-year source factory that builds its own machines, a 16-month warranty, a reply within 24 hours and a full spare-parts line - plus engineers who travel to the market instead of waiting for the machine to travel back to China.

Argentina is a market we intend to stay in. Over the coming seasons we will keep adding tractors and implements suited to local conditions, and keep building a partner network that can service what it sells.
