using our company name, address, logo, and corporate identity to issue forged Proforma Invoices and solicit fraudulent payments from 
overseas buyers through unofficial channels. This criminal activity not only harms innocent customers but also damages the reputation of the TAVOL brand.

• Fraudulent contact number: WhatsApp +852 7037 3563 (NOT a Tavol number)
• The scammers replicate our full corporate identity — logo, company name, address — and send fake PIs at below-market prices
• Victims are instructed to wire advance payments, after which the scammers disappear
