MG50/10t and MH16+16ton Gantry Crane for China Railway Group in Beijing Site

Single girder gantry crane, Double girder gantry crane with hooks is applied outside warehouse or railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works. This kind of crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane travelling organ, trolley, electric equipment, strong lifting winch. The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism. Crane travelling mechanism adopts separate driver. All mechanisms are operated in the driver cabin. Power is supplied by cable or slide wire.It is a standard mobile gantry crane consist of a two legged A-frame support the trolley adopt flexible cable conductive, the gantry adopt slide wire or flexible cable conductive. It is ideal for outdoor applications where lifting facilities are provided, without the cost of a building or any supporting steel work.

  

On 22th October 2019, we finished the installation and testing of MG50/10Ton and MH16+16Ton gantry crane for China Railway Group In Beijing site . These gantry crane will be used in railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works. China Railway Group spoke highly of our product and Promise more cooperation in future.

China Railway Group is mainly responsible for large-scale railway station construction and infrastructure construction nationwide (including municipal construction, foundation and base construction, earthwork construction) ,China Railway Group is one of the world's most powerful and largest integrated construction group .

We got the inquiry for gantry crane from the website of China Railway Group on 14th August 2019. We contact with China Railway Group and get the technical documents. According to the technical documents of Gantry Crane , our engineer team confirmed all specifications demand and designed drawing. Because the deadline for the quotation submission is August 30th, 2019 , we send our offer and drawing to client on 20th August 2019. On 23th August 2019 , the engineers from China Railway Group feedback the update of their requirement, our engineer team designed new drawing and offer list . On 9th September 2019, the project manager of China Railway station visit our factory and confirmed order with our director .

 We got the advance payment from China Railway Group on 12th September 2019. It took about 30days to finish fabrication of 50/10ton and 16+16 ton gantry crane . When the gantry crane arrived at Beijing site , we send our engineers to Beijing to do installation and test running work for the customer on October 15th, 2019. Because 50/10Ton gantry crane is heavy duty gantry crane , It took 7 days to finish the installation and testing running .
