Double Girder Overhead Crane Loading For Power Plant In Bangladesh

Hoist Trolley Type Double Girder Overhead Crane is composed of box type bridge frame, hoist trolley, crane traveling mechanism, and electrical system .TAVOL CRANES GROUP supplies double girder overhead crane with load capacity up to 32 tons and the span up to 31.5 meters. When we get the drawing of power plant from our customer, we found that the span is 31.076m, close to the max length of 31.5m.

During discussing with the customers, we got the point that the crane shall be equipped with two hooks, both of which shall lift the cargo at the same time. So we designed this double girder overhead crane with two hooks. There are two independent sets of hoisting mechanism. The main hook is used to lift heavy objects while the auxiliary used to lift light objects. The auxiliary can also be used for collaborative main hook tilting or tipping the material.

The customer confirmed all specifications and drawing  of Double Girder Overhead Crane on 15th August 2019.  On 19th August 2019, we received the original LC from our Bank . Our Factory arranged the production of the Double Girder Overhead Crane on 20th August 2019. It took 20 working days to produce the Double Girder Overhead Crane . We made completion report to show the detailed photos to our customers on 12th September 2019. During 20-working days production period, we provided client with photos in different views. On 15th and 16th September 2019, we loaded the Double Girder Overhead Crane , The whole set of bridge crane、crane components and spare parts were packed by 6 pieces of 40 feet high containers  

The ship date is 19th September 2019 . Our engineers will go to Bangladesh to  install the Overhead crane after the bridge crane arriving at power plant.
