Double Girder Eot Crane are Installed In Bangladesh Power Plant

Double Girder Eot Crane is composed with girder frame, crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device. There are pave the rail for the trolley move on the main girder. Assemble the moving table on the outside of the two main girders, one side is prepared for the assemble and maintenance the crane move device, another side is prepared for the assemble of the trolley conductor device.

  

Our Bangladesh agent finished the installation and commissioning of 2 sets of double girder eot crane on 25th January, 2020. This project started from August, 2019. We cooperated with this client since 2014, all the cranes in their group are all from Tavol Cranes Group. The client told us their new power plant need two sets of double girder eot crane from their power plant drawing, we found that span is about 31.5m. This length is very long and very hard for loading in containers. Our engineer team confirmed all details with the client engineer team within three days, and then confirmed the final drawing.

 

On 19th August 2019, we received the original LC from our Bank and started to produce the double girder eot crane on 20th August 2019. It took 20 working days to produce the double girder eot crane. And the ship date is 19th September 2019. The crane arrived at the power plant site at the end of October 2019. The clients informed us that after they finish the installation of their power plant, they will start to install the double girder eot crane At middle of January,2020, the client informed us that they can install the double girder eot crane , they wanted us to dispatch our installation team to assist them to install the crane. But as we know, Chinese new year is coming , It is the most important festival for all Chinese, Tavol installation team can not fly to Dhaka to help the client to install the crane .

 

After talking with our local agent and the clients , our local agent can in charge of the installation work for the double girder overhead crane . Our local agent has more than 6 years installation of experience, They are fully competent for installation and commissioning .

After about 20days, our local agent finish the installation and commission of the double girder eot crane, now the crane working well in client plant .
