6ton Euro Overhead Crane Installation in Mauritius

On August 6^th, 2020 we finished the production of 2 sets of 6 ton European type  bridge crane. 6ton bridge crane consists of one girder beam supported on each side by an end truck (end carriage). The electric hoist (electric wire rope hoist & electric chain hoist) runs on the bottom flange of the single girder. 6 ton bridge crane is widely used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications. 

We received this 6 ton bridge crane inquiry on June 16^th , 2020.  At the beginning, we made a normal design with MD model electric hoist. But client replied that they would have no space for the crane to work if they wanted to get the lifting height 5.2 meters.

After studied the measurements of customer’s workshop, we changed the electric hoist to the European type to reach the lifting height in a certain space. Our client did not ask any discount for this order. They said our professional service was worth the price. Then they made 50% deposit on August 15, 2020.

On October 4^th, 2020, we sent the completion report of 6 tons bridge crane by email. They said no problem and asked us to proceed the shipment.

Now the cilents have finished the installation, they are satisfied with our euro overhead crane. They plan to purchase gantry crane soon from us.
