6 Sets Double Girder Bridge Crane Installation For Steel Factory in Bangladesh

Double Girder Bridge Crane is also called double girder bridge crane. It consists of bridge, trolley travelling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances. They are applicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double-girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, A5-A7.The working ambient temperature is generally-25°C-40°C.It is forbidden to work in environment with combustible, explosive or corrosive media.

We got the inquiry for double girder bridge crane and bridge crane components from one of our old clients in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 15th, May, 2019. We sent an invitation letter to their company team, which visited TAVOL factory before.Our Managing Director Mr Jia Luhua was alos invited to visit their factory. After mutual friendly discussion with their chairman Md. Enayetur Rahman, TAVOL finally got this big order.

After 60 days production time, all the cranes and spare parts are packed by 22 pieces of 40 feet high containers. Because all the spare parts not standard size, it tooks one week to pack these machines, which we delivered and packed by three lots, except the main girder. All the other parts such as overhead crane end trucks, overhead crane hoists, overhead crane winch, overhead crane motors, gearbox, brakes, wheels etc are packed with wooden plywood box.

  

TAVOL Installation Team went to Dhaka, Bangladesh to do as the supervisor of the 06 sets of Double Girder Eot Cranes in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 1st June, 2019. These 6 sets double girder eot cranes is installed in an foils workshop bay for Foil Rolling Mill Shop,Foil Auxiliary Unit, Separator , Roll Grinding Unit Section, Annealing Bay Section, Packing area section, Re-winding Bay and materials handling workshop. After the building finished, this company will be the largest foils factory in Bangladesh.

  

These Cranes and hoists are with heavy duty design, which following the China national standard and European standard. Their working class is M6/A6, suitable 24 hours x 07 days continue working, increase high efficiency for our clients production.
