10 ton Single Girder Gantry Crane for Precast Concrete Factory in New Zealand

10ton Single Girder Gantry Crane is equipped with electric hoists and widely used in indoor warehouses,outdoor store yard to unload or grab material. It is also called single beam gantry crane.It has two controlling methods,cabin control and wireless remote control. 

10 ton gantry crane uses legs to support the bridge and the electric hoist. And the legs travel on fixed rails embedded in, or laid on the top of the floor.On July 14^th, 2019 we loaded the 10 tons gantry crane for our New Zealand client. This 10ton gantry crane will be used for their precast concrete factory.

We received 10 tons gantry crane inquiry on May 6th, 2019.At the beginning, we made a normal design for client but it had to be loaded by bulk. At that time, our client said it cost too much to ship the gantry crane by bulk.

Our engineer responded quickly and provided a special design changing the type of the supporting legs to make the gantry crane loaded by containers.

After quotation, we showed some of our crane projects in New Zealand to the client. They spoke highly of our project document since they know that it is not easy to export gantry crane to New Zealand because they have many local standard and the supplier have to provide many documents as customer’s requirements.  

It took only 6 days to confirm the order from we quoted to the client. The client met with some problems when they tried to do the payment, finally we got the deposit on June 24^th, 2019. 

On July 9^th, 2019 we sent the completion report of 10 tons gantry crane to customer and we got the balance payment on July 11^th, 2019. 

On July 14^th, 2019 we loaded containers to get the ETA. On July 16^th, 2019, we got another two inquiries of 5 tons and 25 tons gantry crane from this client. They said it was really nice to work with us and they will purchase another 2 sets of gantry crane in the next two months.
