Piezoelectric Ceramics
Cooperated with Tianjin University and Shandong University for formula development, and cooperated with 46 Institute of Electrical Engineering of China for mass production. At present, it is able to master various formulas and plans to build its own piezoelectric ceramic production line in 2021.
At present, through long-term comprehensive testing, it has gradually realized the substitution of imported ceramics (PZ23, PZ27, PZ24, PZ34, PZ28, etc.).
Metal parts In cooperation with the Metal Structure Materials Research Group of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University, the focus is on the research and development of nickel-based shape memory alloys, 95% tungsten nickel copper high-density alloys, and Inconel 600 718 718 plus high temperature alloy materials, which have been supplied in small quantities.
Machining
Adding CNC machining center, slow-moving wire cutting and other processing equipment, solved the problem of high-precision sensor housing machining and high-density alloy wire cutting.
Electrics
The 6mm circuit currently designed and used is the smallest circuit in China. It is currently selected through high-quality alumina ceramic plates, and high-quality components are purchased by themselves to control the quality. At present, the voltage type sensor can achieve high temperature (160°C) operation.
