Tavol cargo Lift elevator runs well in Wellington Airport in New Zealand

We got inquiry for cargo lift form New Zealand Client Mr Cameron on July 23rd, 2019. Mr Cameron was interested in our product: cargo lift. Double rail hydraulic cargo lift platform is used for transfer cargo between different floors. It is widely used in factories, construction buildings even private homes. 

The self-height of the cargo lift is about 120-300mm. This platform can install on the ground directly or making a pit before installation. This kind of cargo lift provides fast, efficient, convenient and safe access to multiple story buildings. They can be installed for through-floor, interior or exterior applications. The principle components of machine include guide columns, carriage and a mechanical or hydraulic actuating mechanism.We offer the most complete line of machine from mechanical to hydraulic to fully automatic, customized systems for automated manufacturing and warehousing operations. The cargo lift are available in capacities from 500kg to 10,000kg.

 

The parameters of Cargo Lift we suggested:

1. Lifting Height : 2400mm

2. Load Capacity : 2000kg

3. Platform Size: 2000mm*2000mm

4. With the outsourcing.

But Mr Cameron not determine the style of outsourcing,so we give him the price of all outsourced styles for him to choose.Then we sent him drawings and installation steps. Mr Cameron’s brother Mr Mitchell confirmed the style of the cargo lift at last on July 31st,2019. At the same time Mr Mitchell modified the parameters of the cargo lift as follows:

1.Lifting Height :1805mm

2.Load Capacity: 2000kg

3.Platform Size : 1420mm*1600mm

4.Bolted cargo lift

We updated the quotation and drawings according to his modification request. He was very satisfied with us and placed the order on August 16^th,2019. Then we arranged the production soon.

On September 6^th,2019, our New Zealand client Mr Mitchell visited TAVOL Heavy Industry Factory in Taian national industrial park. They mainly visited our factory, meanwhile, he Inspected their cargo lift. He was very satisfied with our products and decided to build long term cooperation with us.

When Mr. Mitchell returned to New Zealand, we arrangeed the shipment immediately, After a month of maritime drifting, Tavol cargo lift was safely shipped to New Zealand. During the installation process, Tavol technicians provided various of installation drawings that were required by clients, such as general installation drawings, circuit drawings, etc. In November 2019, Tavol cargo Lift was officially put into use at Wellington Airport, New Zealand client gave us feedback from the scene. He said:“Thanks again for choosing Tavol Group.”
