Philippines Client visited TAVOL Factory and Inspect their stationary dock ramp and hydraulic mobile dock ramp

 

On July 16, 2019, our Philippines client Mr Jackton came and visit TAVOL Heavy Industry Factory in Taian national industrial park. They mainly visited Tavol Factory, meanwhile, Inspected their 06 sets of stationary dock ramp and 04 units of hydraulic mobile dock ramp.

 They arrived at Tavol factory and stayed in the workshop for 3 hours. They are satisfied with all the details of their dock ramp, especially satisfied with the painting . They checked the delivery packing list and all the spare parts . Everything went well.

  

After finishing all the testing running work, they came to our meeting room to have a meeting with Tavol factory managing director, factory manager, sales, supply chain manager, electric engineer, mechanical engineer. Although there were some misunderstandings during signing the agreement and manufacturing, we solved all the problems one by one. Sometimes it is normal for buyers and sellers to have disputes. But as a seller, we didn't run away and solved the problem actively.

  

We invited Mr Jackton to have a dinner in the evening. And we promised to him that we will delivery and packing the containers within one week. Mr Jackton also glad with their business trip, he said “In the beginning, we are worried about Tavol Quality and delivery issues. However, now we are relieved”, Face to face meeting is much more better than calling in order to solve the problems in trading.
