1. Electrostatic spraying. High-quality steel is preferred. Check before operation
-Ensure that the operator's safety and responsibility manuals granted by authorized personnel are complete, clear and read carefully.
-Make sure all labels are clear and in place.
-Check the hydraulic tank oil level. Check for leaks
-Check the following components, modify and install inappropriate or missing parts,
-Electrical components, wires and cables
-Hydraulic power units, tanks, hoses, joints, cylinders and manifolds
-Battery and connection
-motor
-Wear pad
-Tires and wheels
-Screws, nuts and other fasteners
-Platform entry chain or gate
-Beacons and alarms (if equipped)
-Platform extension
-Scissor pins and retaining fasteners
-Platform control joystick
Check the entire machine:
-Cracks in welds or structural parts
-Dent or damage the machine
-Ensure that all structures and other critical components are present and that all related fasteners and pins are in place and properly tightened.
-Side rail mounting and bolting
-Make sure the chassis tray is in place, locked and connected properly.
-Pre-run inspection is the responsibility of the operator.
-Each work shift, the operator will perform a visual inspection before operation

-Damaged or modified machine must never be used if damaged or changed from the factory
When the delivery conditions are found, the machine must be marked and removed from service.
-Repair the machine only by qualified service technicians, according to the manufacturer's specifications. After the repair is completed, the operator must check the function before performing the operation again.
-It is planned that a qualified maintenance technician should perform a maintenance inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and requirements.
The functional tester is put into service in order to find any faults. The operator must follow the step-by-step instructions to test all the functions of the machine.
-A malfunctioning machine must never be used. If a malfunction is found, the machine must be marked and removed from service. Repairs to the machine can only be performed by a qualified service technician, according to the manufacturer's specifications.
-After the repair is completed, the operator must perform a pre-operation inspection and functional test before putting the machine back into service.
Function Test

Instructions
Turn
-Move the lift / drive selector switch to the drive position
-Press and hold the function enable switch on the control panel.
-Turn steering wheel with red thumb touch point lift / right control handle on top
Drive
-Selection switch for moving the drive position of the lift / drive.
-Press and hold the function enable switch on the control panel.
-Forward driving: hold the control handle to pull back the function enable switch to release the machine with four fingers, and then slowly move the control handle forward. When the center is closed, the machine will go forward and slowly. Once the function enable switch is released, the brake will start automatically and the machine will stop moving. Turn on the red thumb touch point to steer the wheel up / right to the top control handle.
-Return to hold the control handle pull back the function enable switch to release the brake machine with four fingers, and then slowly move the control handle backwards and off center, the machine will slowly, whenever you want to drive back. Once the function enable switch is released, the brake will start automatically and the machine will stop moving. Turn on the red thumb touch point to steer the wheel up / right to the top control handle.
Note:
1The sooner the function enable switch is released, the sooner the machine will stop driving. We strongly recommend disabling this function, you can slowly enable the switch.

3. It is strictly forbidden to lift the platform when traveling for installation.
