1. Lifting chain: The electric chain hoist lifting chain adopts Φ7.1mm and Φ11.2mm 80 surface carbon black to handle the lifting chain to ensure its safety and durability. The strong hardened surface of the lifting chain can prevent product damage and softening of the core materials, so that the lifting chain can maintain high performance for a long time. 

The chain of the electric chain hoist is made of low-carbon alloy steel, which makes the chain more tough, more sturdy and wear-resistant, ensuring safety during work. The length of the lifting chain can be customized according to customer's requirements. It can also be used in the case of large strokes. The chain of the electric chain hoist is equipped with a chain bag, which makes the Tavol electric chain hoist look clean, neat and beautiful, and the rust preventive oil is also put in the chain bag so that the chain is not easy to rust, thereby prolonging the service life of the electric hoist. 

2. Double brake system: Two complete and independent brake systems not only reduce the possibility of brake failure, but also enhance the safety of the brake and facilitate heat dissipation. 1. 5. Button control handle: Light heavy-duty button control has rainproof function and sensitive response. The operating voltage of the standard chain electric hoist is 24V-36V low voltage control. The low voltage can effectively protect the operator from electric shock. 6. Reverse phase protector: Reverse protector can protect the hoist or hoist motor from damage due to incorrect connection (reverse connection) of the power cord.

7. Anti-wear load sheaves: The load sheaves are made of alloy steel and have undergone professional heat treatment to the purpose of anti-wear and smooth coordination with the chain. The new chain design guide provides guidance for the smooth embedding of chains into pulleys.

8. Emergency stop switch: This button is used to stop the hoist action in an emergency. It is a red, mushroom-shaped button located at the top of the press handle. When the button is pressed, the hoist power will be cut off, and the button has an automatic lock function.

9. Overload protection: Tavol brand electric chain hoist adds an overload protection device for additional safety. This is a special protection device for operators, hoists and loads.
